Jakob Bro is among Denmark’s most popular jazz guitarists. Besides on the road, Bro has received his musical training at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, the Berklee College of Music in Boston and New School University in New York. Besides his own projects he is a member of the Tomasz Stanko ensemble, playing on Dark Eyes (ECM). Since 2010 Bro plays on Stark amps.
